At Bikram Bagh, we let Mother Nature dictate our menus. Each day, our chefs handpick the freshest produce from our gardens and neighbouring farms to craft indulgent, seasonal meals. Our offerings — spanning local, classic, and continental fare — change daily, inspired by what’s ripe and ready.

In keeping with age-old traditions, we grind all our spices and grains in-house to honour the true flavours of every ingredient.

A special highlight is our Farm Thali — a celebration of seasonal abundance and our family's heirloom recipes. Most of the dishes are made using ingredients grown right here on the farm or sourced locally, offering a truly grounded and nourishing experience.
